Getting up and running couldn't be simpler:
  1. Download the add-in from the Download page of the Forum
  2. Place in the correct folder - for Windows XP it is C:\Documents and Settings\<Your username>\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\
  3. Launch Excel's Add-Ins dialogue box:
    1. For Excel 2000/2/3 - select Add-Ins from the Tools menu
    2. For Excel 2007, either:
      1. Click the Microsoft Office Button and then click Excel Options
      2. Click the Add-Ins category
      3. In the Manage box, click Excel Add-ins, and then click Go
    3. Or:
      1. Type Alt+T, I (which is the Office 2003 menu key sequence...)
  4. Tick 'AnimateXL' and click OK
